All discussions, support/resistance levels, order flow setups, and chart patterns discussed during sessions are strictly for pedagogical and illustrative case study purposes. Nothing represents a solicitation or invitation to execute live market orders.

4. Strict No-Refund Policy & Course Validity

All Fees Are Strictly Non-Refundable: All payments made towards offline workshop tickets (including the ₹299 pass), classroom courses, virtual batches, and mentorships are 100% non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstance.

Course Validity: Courses must be completed within assigned validity durations (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days). Access to recordings and portals terminates automatically thereafter.

We collect personal information including full name, mobile number, WhatsApp contact, email, and city solely to process passes, verify transactions, and coordinate logistics. We do not sell or rent user details to third-party commercial marketing brokers.

6. Communication Consent & DND / NDNC Waiver

Submitting your contact info authorizes Roy Trading Institute to contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, and calls regarding event logistics, overriding NDNC/DND registries.

7. Secure Payment Gateway Processing

Transactions are processed via certified, PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Cashfree, Razorpay, or Easebuzz). We never view or store CVVs, PINs, or net banking passwords.

8. Intellectual Property & Recording Prohibitions

Course syllabi, presentation decks, videos, and handouts are exclusive intellectual property. Audio/video recordings or screen recordings are strictly forbidden and subject to civil/criminal liability.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to exclusive court jurisdiction in Tumkur, Karnataka, India.
